Acsenix ("Acsenix," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI engineering studio that designs and deploys custom automation systems for businesses. This policy applies to our website at acsenix.space and to the inquiries you send us through it.

Information you give us: When you fill in our contact form, book a call, or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you choose to provide — typically your name, company, work email, phone number, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically: Like most websites, we may collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through this website.

03Third-party services we rely on

We use a small number of reputable providers to run the site and respond to you. Each processes only limited data, under its own privacy terms:

• Netlify — website hosting and delivery
• Cal.com — discovery-call scheduling
• WhatsApp — optional messaging if you reach out there
• Google Fonts, Simple Icons & Brandfetch — fonts and brand logos used on the site

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule and conduct calls
• To provide, maintain, and improve our website and services
• To keep the site secure and prevent misuse
• To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations

05Client and project data

During a paid engagement, we may process data from your systems strictly to build and operate the solution you have commissioned. That data is governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement (for example, a Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or Data Processing Agreement) — not by this website policy.

AI models we use in delivering work perform inference only. Your inputs are not retained by us to train models, and we do not use your confidential data for any purpose outside the engagement.

06How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above so they can perform their function, or where we are required to do so by law or to protect our legal rights.

07Data retention

We keep inquiry and contact information only for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain reasonable business records, after which we delete or anonymize it. Project data is retained per the relevant engagement agreement.

This site uses only the minimal cookies or local storage needed for it to function and, where applicable, basic analytics. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings at any time.

09Your rights
